Festival Events and Planning arranged my 21st birthday party on Friday June 15th. Without a doubt the best party I’ve ever been to, smoothly ran and dressed absolutely beautifully. Can’t recommend enough.
Thank you so much for making my birthday the best I’ve ever had. Everyone loved the sweet table, glitter faces, flower wall and especially the silent disco!!

For Lucie's 21st birthday, we had to ensure that people both young and old were catered for.  We started with beautiful invitations, hand designed by an Art Director with work with, Neil Farrington.  The Client chose a white party theme which enabled us to create some beautiful handmade pieces to enhance this gorgeous space.  We did this by building a 5.2m flower fountain, containing 11,322 flowers and framing the fountain with our 3.2m blossom trees.  Either side contained a flower wall and a fabric backdrop, with some balloons.  Within the Courtyard we had the talented Abby Marshall, applying festival make up and glitter beards.  In addition we provided festival head dresses and bespoke signage.

Partygoers enjoyed 130 bottles of wine, supplied by Jo Bennett, Bon Vivant and fish and chips and small burgers, made by Myles Smethurst, a fabulous chef brought on site.  A three tier cake was made by Cakes by Dominique and 100 cupcakes.  Macaroons and donuts rounded off the sweet treats table, displayed on all of our beautiful products.

For entertainment, we brought in Bear Hug Events to DJ, run a photobooth, provide LUCIE and 21 in 4ft high lit letters and to host the silent disco playlists that we had brought in.  Some venues have a music license that finishes early and therefore silent discos are great fun to keep the party going for both young and old.

The courtyard was adorned with 80 candles in the birthday girls favourite scent so smelt absolutely dreamy.  

This was a start to finish planning job where we sourced everything from the venue to the headdresses.  The budget given was £10,000 and we brought it in at £9,340.56 leaving a little to spare. The event itself was project managed by Lara, in partnership with Helen and the team from Heritage Portfolio Limited, a fabulous company who host Arley Hall & Gardens. 

It really was a fabulous event.  In fact some of the guests loved it so much, they reviewed us as well as the party girl. This one was so much fun to organise for a lovely birthday girl.  Happy birthday Lucie.

I went to Lucie’s 21st organised by Festival Events and Planning and it was hands down the best party I’ve ever been to! The decoration was beautiful, the silent disco was such a laugh and had everyone up and dancing! The flower walls and veil back drops gave everyone opportunities to get lovely photos! Everything was so well organised, I would definitely recommend and will be using them for events the future myself! Amazing evening!xxx

I went to quite simply the best 21st party I’ve ever been to, organised by the amazing Festival Events and Planning on Friday 15th June 2018.
The venue at The Olympia Suite, Arley Hall was stunning, made even more perfect by how beautifully the room was dressed by the Festival team. Blossom trees, a flower wall, cool DJ, gorgeous food and fabulous drinks, a silent disco, they had literally thought of everything! Well done to all involved and Happy 21st Birthday to my lovely niece �
