Event Planning

HOW DO WE KEEP IN TOUCH WITH YOU?

During your initial meeting we will set up all of the technology to enable you to have really quick access to both Rachel and Lara.  We utilise your own private Pinterest Board to share ideas and our WhatsApp groups are a great way to keep in touch.

 

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER? 

We cover the North West of England. We mainly work in Cheshire, Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, Greater Manchester, Preston and North Wales. The most frequent venues for us are within a 25 mile radius of Warrington. But f you have a question about the location of a venue, just ask.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH PAYMENTS? 

We accept payments via bank transfer only.  A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.  All events must be paid for in full 28 days in advance of your event.  Payment terms can be agreed to spread the cost.  Please see our full terms and conditions for further details.

 

CAN WE HAVE A CONCEIRGE SERVICE?

Yes. We have a day rate that enables us to be on hand to organise ever last detail for your guests, whether it be shuttle transfers or a plaster for a dancing blister.

 

WHAT DOES MY SET UP CONSIST OF? 

The Festival Events & Planning Team will set up as little or much as you would like.  We produce high quality products and will always offer to set these out explicitly within the quote.

WHEN CAN WE GET STARTED? 

Our appointments run from Tuesday – Sunday and can be arranged at a convenient time for you. We will always try to be flexible and wherever possible like to meet for a coffee (or a glass of fizz) at your chosen venue in order for you to tell us all about your vision for your function. When it comes to planning, the sooner the better, but just so as you know, we have done it in three weeks!

 

Wedding Specific Questions

 

I AM A DIY BRIDE/GROOM, WHAT CAN I HIRE?

Quite simply, you can hire anything we hire that does not require more than a one person set up.  Again for specific large items just ask.  We ask for a security deposit to manage any damages, but it is your day and you get to do it how you would like to.

CAN YOU BE ON SITE TO TURN AROUND THE DAY TO NIGHT, PARTICULARLY IF MY CEREMONY AND BREAKFAST ARE IN THE SAME ROOM? 

This is really commonplace in venues.  We can do this for you and will incorporate it in to the quote if that’s what you would like.  It enables us to be on hand to check the room is absolutely perfect for you.
